You are worthy of divine peace. You are worthy of guidance and clarity. You are worthy of feeling deeply connected and supported by life.
Pick a meditation practice you enjoy. Every time you sit down to meditate, even for a few minutes, you are saying “yes” to your highest self. You are creating space for miracles, synchronicities, and inner knowing to flow in.
So breathe, sweet soul. Let the light at the crown of your head gently expand.
