Energetic cords are the invisible threads that form between us and other people, places, things, emotions and past experiences. The moment to let go is everyday, having the intention to and reconnect to the highest.

Here are effective phrases you can use

• “I cut and release all cords that no longer serve me.”

• “These cords are now severed. I am free.”

• “I release what is not mine. I reclaim my energy.”

• “All cords between us are now cut, cleared, and dissolved.”

• “I cut this cord with love and finality.”

• “With love and respect, I release this connection.”

• “I thank this energy for what it taught me, and I now let it go.”

• “I cut this cord in peace. May we both be free.”

• “I return your energy to you, and I call mine back to me.”

• “This cord is lovingly dissolved. We are complete.”

• “I sever all energetic ties that drain or bind me.”

• “Any cords of attachment, obligation, or control are now cut.”

• “I reclaim every strand of my energy. Nothing is attached.”

• “I cut these cords that are broken.”

• “I cut, clear, and close. This ends here.”

You can say these while visualizing scissors, light, or a blade of pure energy.
