Wonder Cooking Class

No fancy tools required~only your willingness to hold a pan and a spatula. We wish to share a meal with you, tie your apron and hop in to love's tasty class with us and all creation.

The kitchen is the heart of every home. When we cook, we make love flow. Every meal is an act of love, every bite a prayer of gratitude, and every shared table a reunion with all creation we all belong to.

May class: Stir fry egg plant

Please prepare these ingredients before class:

For 1 pax:

• Eggplant

• 2 ounces ground pork

• Some dried shrimp

• Salt

• 1 tablespoon cooking oil

  Sauce:

• 1 thumb ginger minced

• 3 cloves garlic minced

• .5 teaspoon sugar

• .5 tablespoon soy sauce

• 1 teaspoon oyster sauce

• .25 cup water

Garnish:

• Red chili

• Green onions
