Allowing a life of self-reflection allows us to deeply examine how we treat others and unlock the transformative power of forgiveness. By looking inward, we can break free from past mistakes, mend broken relationships, and cultivate lasting inner peace for both ourselves and those around us.
Have we noticed, we often find that the way we treat others is a direct reflection of how we treat ourselves.
Ask ourselves:
Am I listening to understand, or am I just waiting to respond?
Am I taking the moment to face my own "shadows"? Reflect with clarity and compassion.
When we are not responding with clarity and compassion, do we forgive ourselves and others?
Making the deliberate choice to release the resentment that keeps us tethered to the past. When we forgive, we take back your own power and free ourselves from emotional bondage.
