How can we become walking meditation?
Simple Practices We Can Start Today That Feels So Healing
Begin the day with 5–10 minutes of grounding
Practice “focus” ~ fully focus on one activity (drinking tea, walking, eating)
Do a daily brain dump: let go of everything on the mind to clear mental clutter
Limit social media: less news, less social media, more presence
Sync with Breath ~ Breathe naturally, and breathe deeply. We often forget how good it is to deep breathe and have been shallow breathing.
Walk or do simple exercises, and feel your body while walking in the present
