How can we become walking meditation?

Simple Practices We Can Start Today That Feels So Healing

  • Begin the day with 5–10 minutes of grounding

  • Practice “focus” ~ fully focus on one activity (drinking tea, walking, eating)

  • Do a daily brain dump: let go of everything on the mind to clear mental clutter

  • Limit social media: less news, less social media, more presence

  • Sync with Breath ~ Breathe naturally, and breathe deeply. We often forget how good it is to deep breathe and have been shallow breathing.

  • Walk or do simple exercises, and feel your body while walking in the present
