If you feel like you have taken a wrong turn or ended up on a bumpy, exhausting detour, remember that you are the driver. You can change direction at any moment.
Audit your daily traffic: Notice what you let into your mind and body. Are your daily habits fueling you, or are they causing a traffic jam in your peace of mind?
Choose the lane of grace: You do not have to travel perfectly. If you make a mistake, do not beat yourself up. Just signal, adjust your course, and have the strength to re-direct.
Follow the signs of joy: Pay attention to the people, places, and activities that make you feel alive. Those are your green lights. Follow them.
