When we feel stuck in a low-vibrational state (brain fog, heavy limbs, irritation, anxiety etc), we are experiencing stagnant energy.

To change the frequency, here are some daily practice that we absolutely love:

  1. The Cold Shock: Splash ice-cold water on your face or take a 30-second cold shower. This instantly resets your nervous system.

  2. The Jump: love this since we can jump almost anywhere and it shifts energies instantly. You can also exercise the body, do 30 sit ups and watch how your energy feels.

  3. The Song: Put on your favorite playlist, uplifting songs help dissolve a lot of the negative state that we may be in.

When we discipline our bodies to these daily practice, we have a body that is more aligned to higher frequencies. We luvu!
