We love to bring you splashing around in the Self-Love Reef together, scuba duba diving today. Imagine slipping beneath the waves and entering a whole new peaceful, colorful world where we can touch a coral and perhaps a fish!

A curious turtle might cruise by, or a gentle manta ray could glide overhead like an underwater spaceship. Do you like this? We find it amazing and...breathtaking.

Self-love isn’t a feeling we wait for ~ it’s a practice we build, one small choice at a time. It gets easier and more natural the more consistently we show up for us.
