The Morning Pause

Before diving into your to-do list, sit quietly for a few minutes. Breathe deeply and set an intention for the day. How do you want to show up today?

The Evening Review

At the end of each day, ask yourself three questions:

  • What went well today?

  • What could I have done better?

  • What am I grateful for?

When you pause to reflect, you:

  • Process emotions instead of carrying them unconsciously.

  • Learn from mistakes without repeating them.

  • Celebrate wins that would otherwise go unnoticed.

  • Align your actions with your values and long-term goals.
