We don’t need to be perfect to love ourselves, we can start with small steps,
Speak honestly to ourselves, do we need to be somewhere in life? Only we know it for ourselves.
Nourish your body and soul. Eat food that is fresh, keeping your body clean, rest when you’re tired, and spend time in nature. These are some simple acts of self-love.
Celebrate who you are today. Not who you’ll be when you’re “better.” You are worthy of love.
Give yourself permission to enjoy the moment. Take a cone of ice cream, write a book, tune in to a new playlist
Set loving boundaries. Saying “no”.
