Most of our suffering comes from believing our lower thoughts are real, when in fact, they are illusions. Even most thoughts are not real, unless they are pure.
Lower thoughts are rooted in fear, ego, lack, comparison, anger etc.
These thoughts feel very real because we’ve rehearsed them for years. But they are illusions, mental constructs built by the ego to protect itself. They distort reality rather than reflect it. Like clouds covering the sky.
They block our natural state of love and clarity momentarily, but they never actually change the climate.
Pure thoughts arise when the brain is not dominated by the ego.
They arise naturally when we relay the highest love.
